
Visit the Fall Baby Show (Fri-Sun) at the Metro Convention Centre (North Building). This is a great event if you have babies, toddlers or are expecting. See new products and shop great deals from top manufactures, retailers and artisans. There will be pregnancy and parenting experts as well as entertainment and activities for the kids. Enjoy Halloween and nature at Kortright Centre for Conservation (Vaughan) on Saturday (Oct. 31, 10am-4pm) with a magician, live critters, crafts and and lots of spooky surprises. Bring the whole family and come dressed up. Check here for visitor information.
Boo @ The Toronto Zoo…on Saturday, Oct. 31st (10am – 4pm). Enjoy the new hay maze, entertainment at the Halloween Harvest stage, and tasty treats from Hershey’s. Also, take part in the Costumes Parade at 12:00pm and 2:00pm. Best of all, up to two kids in costume (12 and under) get in free when accompanied by an adult!
Halloween at The ROM, (Saturday, 11am-4pm), includes listening to tales of famous ghosts and an activity area where kids can meet live creepy-crawlies and make a fun bat or spider clip-on craft to take home. Kids are encouraged to wear costumes.
The Bata Shoe Museum is having an afternoon of Halloween fun on Saturday & Sunday (12pm-4pm). Kids can play dress up, decorate ghost cookies and participate in crafts as well as see the exhibitions. Pre-registration required. Email programs@batashoemuseum.ca
Canada’s Wonderland is open for one last weekend…and if you don’t have Season Passes, entrance is $14.99 when you tag along with much-coveted pass-holding friends. The park is in full Halloween spirit with decorations and a treasure hunt. Order visitor passes here.
