What to do this weekend…Jan. 8th & 9th

Skate through Toronto’s new skating trail at …  It’s not a rink, it’s a trail and this Globe & Mail article has all the info.  It sounds amazing for day and night skates.  Staffed from 7am-10pm and yes, there is music all along the trail.

Kortright Centre for Conservation hosts themed activities all year.  Learn about Winter Animals this weekend.  Look for deer, fox and coyote tracks and feed Winter birds.

Toronto International Boat Show boasts an indoor mini-lake with paddle-boat rides for kids.

Joseph & The Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat is playing at Stage West in Mississauga.  Tickets include dinner/brunch.

Richmond Hill Wave Pool is open but I don’t blame you for not wanting to go.   I don’t want to be in a bathing suit either.

This is a great time of year to paint your own pottery:  The Glaze Craze, The Clay RoomArtistic Way, Colour Me Mine, Mess for Fun.

…and you are aware of the usual Bata Show Museum, ROM, Science Center, Solar Stage Theatre….
