What to do this weekend…May 14th & 15th

A Lego store?  Yes!  The grand opening takes place this weekend at Sherway Gardens.   Help a real LEGO Master Builder construct an 8-foot tall LEGO R2-D2™ during the Grand Opening Celebration weekend! You’ll get a free LEGO Star Wars™ Certificate of Achievement for helping, while supplies last!

Bugs, Birds & Butterflies @ the Toronto Symphony.  Created for children ages 5-12,  experience nature’s favourite creatures as they come to life through music and puppetry.  Programme includes Rimsky-Korsakov’s Flight of the Bumblebee and Stravinsky’s Firebird.  SAturday @ 1:30 or Sunday @ 3:30.

Spring Fever in Roncesvalles – On Saturday May 14 (10am-6pm), Roncesvalles Village will be celebrating spring with their annual sidewalk sale. Merchants will be on the street, and between noon and four the Roncesvalles Village have bouncy castles, treats, face painters, balloon clowns, musicians and entertainers to the street.

Every Sunday (1pm-4pm) is a Family Sunday @ The Gardiner Museum!

This weekend is dedicated to Geocaching @ Kortright Centre for Conservation.
